Founded in Singapore in 2025, the Global Association of Cultural and Educational Exchange (GACEE) takes culture as its root, education as its bridge and young people as its future. Our network links schools and institutions in 126 countries: we co-organise the World Chinese Composition Competition with the Secondary School Students' Study Newspaper, have brought more than 200 overseas principals to China across four Principals China Tours, run Journey Through China study tours, connect overseas Chinese-language teachers with professional training, and bring teacher-led, AI-supported Chinese learning to the hardest-to-connect classrooms.
Each programme is designed as a long-term platform rather than a one-off event: principals lead to schools, schools lead to students, and students lead to lasting partnerships.
Teacher training, scholarships and exchange programmes shared by the Association and member organisations. Sign in to the portal to apply; contacts' details are shown only with their consent.
The eligibility check is free with no sign-in: get your readiness, gaps and a personal document checklist in minutes. Verified users can also polish study plans with AI, track applications and ask Association experts for help.
Tell us who's going, what you'd like to see and where. The AI checks every study route, camp and teacher programme the Association has published, explains each match and builds your preparation list.
Walk a 3D gallery, unroll award-winning essays, poems and artworks by young people worldwide, listen to them read aloud and meet the authors.
